KamCity Mechanical Ltd. installed a new hot water heater in our home in December 2014. We highly recommend this company, as we received excellent service.

Our first contact was with Elaine, at the Costco booth. She was very informative, and ensured that we were aware of the different types of hot water heaters, the costs and rebates available through FortisBC and Costco. She also recommended the unit that would be appropriate for our home.

The date was set to have the hot water heater installed and a confirmation voice mail was left for us.

The installers, Erick and Dustin arrived on time, were very friendly and installed the unit in a very timely manner. They removed the old unit and left the area very tidy.

We are very happy with the great service!!
