I called the Lennox number from Costco during the day when my air conditioner stopped working on a 30 degree plus day. That evening I had a message from Elaine! I phoned for an appointment and it was set up for the next morning. Roger arrived on time for our appointment and gave excellent advice, information, and a written quote. I compared the price with other companies and found it to be the lowest quote with the best quality.
